Becker wifi TMC online

Hello, I have a general question about wifi, tmc online in Becker devices.
It has three different devices: Professional 5 (be bbf20), Transit 6 (be bbf51) and Professional 6sl (BHH50), events on the road show only bhh51, the other two have everything theoretically well (wifi icons on the screen) shows connecting but does not show events road. Tmc radio shows well but does not switch to online as in BBH51 (6sl)
What can I do where is the problem?
